Rob was born an raised in Cass County, Michigan. He graduated from Ross Beatty High School in Cassopolis, Michigan. After high school, he joined the Marines and served four years active duty with military specialties in both the Infantry and 2d Recon Battalion. Rob was honorably discharged as a Corporal. He then went on to attend Western Michigan University Studying Philosophy and History. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Western’s Lee Honors College and was inducted into Phi Beta Kappa. He then went on Michigan State College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate.

The LaBre Law Office has been located in Edwardsburg for over 40 years, representing clients in both Michigan and Indiana. The firm was started in 1980 by his father, William. Rob took over the practice in 2015 and it continues to the firm’s tradition of making excellence the minimum standard in all cases.
